Business Development Manager

Description:

Lead business growth initiatives by developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue generation across cybersecurity, compliance, governance, risk management, and audit advisory services. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the company's cybersecurity and compliance solutions within enterprise and government sectors.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October City.

Requirements:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Cybersecurity, Compliance, Training, and Advisory Services.
• Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and channel partners to support business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and delivery teams to design tailored cybersecurity and compliance solutions that address customer business requirements.
• Monitor market trends, cybersecurity regulations, emerging threats, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage and expand key enterprise accounts while maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and executive-level business cases.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, cybersecurity forums, webinars, and networking events to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activities, revenue forecasts, and strategic account plans using defined KPIs.
• Contribute to service portfolio expansion by identifying market demands and customer requirements within the cybersecurity and compliance landscape.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development Role within Cybersecurity, IT Consulting, and Training
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing complex B2B deals.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Services, Compliance Frameworks, Information Security, Risk Management, and Audit Readiness Programs.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent command of English.
