
Drive business growth by promoting and selling professional training programs, cybersecurity awareness courses, compliance training, governance, risk management, and advisory services. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth through corporate training and workforce development solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October City.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate training programs, cybersecurity awareness training, compliance courses, and professional development services.
• Generate leads and build relationships with HR departments, Learning & Development teams, training managers, and key decision-makers across various industries.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and training needs discussions with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's training portfolio and recommend suitable learning solutions based on customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification through proposal submission and contract closure.
• Prepare training proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with training coordinators, instructors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify training trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Training Sales, Learning & Development Services, or a related field.
• Previous experience selling training programs, professional certifications, workshops, or corporate learning solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify client training needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
